Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

KoboriGroup is an independent software developer based in Brazil, operating the apps KSplit and UptimeKS.

2. Information we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and display name. If you choose to add a profile photo it is uploaded to our secure cloud storage. The KSplit app stores the groups, expenses, and member relationships you create. We also store your language preference.

3. How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate and improve the app. Your email is used for authentication and to send password-reset links. Your expense and group data is used to provide the core features of KSplit. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the direct service you requested.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Accounts with no activity for more than 1 year may be permanently deleted along with all associated data. You can also delete your account at any time from the account settings screen inside the app.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Full account deletion (including all data) is available directly in the app.

4. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the app. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase (supabase.com): database and authentication.
• RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): subscription management.
• Expo (expo.dev): app build and distribution.

5. Device permissions

Camera and photo library: requested only when you choose to upload a profile photo. Photos are stored securely in our cloud storage and are not shared with any third party.
